Zusammenfassung

CornerstoneOnDemand is seeking a motivated SDET to lead quality engineering for our AI technologies hosted on AWS, with Claude and other Gen AI tools. You will design and build automated test frameworks and suites to validate intelligent automation solutions, AI models, and Gen AI features across global deployments.

You will own test strategy, regression suites, CI/CD integration, and production monitoring, collaborating with engineering, product, platform, and data teams.

Qualifikationen

• 2–4 years of automation testing backend services in Java or Python and JS/TS for frontend.
• Solid understanding of REST API testing, distributed systems, async programming and test strategy for SOA.
• Experience testing modern web UIs, component level testing and end-to-end browser automation.
• Experience testing systems with LLM integrations across backend and user-facing AI features.

Aufgaben

• Design and build test automation frameworks for AI backend & frontend services on AWS, including API contract testing, load/performance testing, and deployment validation for AI models.
• Own quality end-to-end: test strategy, automated regression/integration suites, CI/CD test pipeline integration, and production monitoring/alerting.
• Validate retrieval quality for RAG architecture on Weaviate, including relevance testing for hybrid vector and semantic cache correctness.
• Partner with engineering, product, platform, and data teams in architecture discussions and design reviews to bring a quality lens to new features.
• Perform manual and exploratory testing where automation isn’t feasible or sufficient.

CornerstoneOnDemand is looking for a motivated SDET who will lead the quality engineering for our outgoing AI technologies using AWS, Claude and other Generative AI tools. You will be responsible for designing and building automated test frameworks and suites that validate our intelligent automation solutions, AI models and custom Gen AI, ensuring they are released with high quality and reliability across the organizations of the world.

In this role, you will...

• Design and build test automation frameworks for our AI backend & frontend services on AWS, covering API contract testing, load/performance testing and deployment validation for AI models.
• Own quality end-to-end: test strategy, automated regression and integration suites, CI/CD test pipeline integration and production quality monitoring/alerting.
• Validate retrieval quality for our RAG architecture on Weaviate, including relevance testing for hybrid vector, keyword search, ingestion pipeline data integrity and semantic cache correctness.
• Partner with engineering, product, platform and data engineering teams in architecture discussions and design review, bringing quality lens to new features.
• Perform manual and exploratory testing for scenarios where automation isn't feasible or sufficient.

You've Got What It Takes If You Have...

• 2-4 years of experience in automation testing backend services in Java or Python and JavaScript or TypeScript for frontend.
• Solid understanding of REST API testing, distributed systems, async programming and test strategy for service-oriented architectures.
• Experience testing modern web UIs, component level testing and end-to-end browser automation.
• Experience testing systems with LLM integrations across backend and user-facing AI features.
  Strong engineering fundamentals.

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to cloud platforms, AWS or Azure or GCP.
• Experience with prompt engineering or experimenting with LLMs.
• Personal projects involving AI.
