Job summary

Quantbot is seeking a backend engineer in Bengaluru to own production-grade services written in Python or Go. You will design REST and gRPC APIs, build microservices, and tackle distributed architectures at scale.

You should optimize PostgreSQL/MySQL schemas, implement Redis caching, and work with Kafka or RabbitMQ. Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD is preferred. Fintech/market data experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years building production backend systems in Python or Go.
• REST & gRPC API design, microservices, and distributed architecture.
• PostgreSQL/MySQL schema optimization, Redis caching, Kafka/RabbitMQ.
