Job summary

Quantbot in Bengaluru is seeking a backend engineer to help build systems powering MyCashFlo AI conversations. You will leverage 2+ years of experience in backend and distributed systems, microservices, SQL/NoSQL, and messaging with Kafka/Redis.

The role spans AI evals, LLM orchestration, and integration work across telephony, payments, and WhatsApp channels. Ideal candidates are hands-on with scalable architectures, comfortable with async systems, and eager to close gaps through collaboration

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience building backend systems and distributed architectures.
• Experience with microservices and scalable data stores.
• Familiarity with messaging systems like Kafka/Redis.
• Experience with LLM orchestration and AI evaluation.
• Experience with telephony, payments, and messaging integrations.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
