About the role:

• Own the complete journey of engineering work, starting from problem analysis through to production deployment and ongoing support
• Ship and refine features rapidly, balancing speed with quality
• Lead decisions on system design, performance optimization, security hardening and operational reliability
• Partner with product and business teams to translate concepts into straightforward, scalable solutions
• Continuously identify bottlenecks, strengthen the platform and raise code quality standards

What you'll work on:

• End-to-end feature development across the full technology stack
• Moving products from initial conception through launch to scaling at speed
• Performance tuning, security improvements and reliability engineering
• Technical architecture and system-level decisions
• Code reviews, debugging complex issues and iterative refinement
