Job summary

Grassberry Services Private Limited is looking for a strong software engineer to lead complete engineering workflows from problem exploration to production deployment. You will release product capabilities quickly, then refine them based on real-world feedback and usage.

You'll own the full technical stack, make independent decisions, and partner with product and business teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions while maintaining a high standard of code quality.

• Lead complete software engineering workflows, from initial problem exploration through production deployment and ongoing system maintenance
• Develop and release product capabilities quickly, then refine them based on real-world use and feedback
• Take full responsibility for how your code performs, stays secure, scales reliably, and handles load
• Partner with product and business teams to convert requirements into streamlined, expandable solutions
• Continuously identify bottlenecks, fix issues, and enhance overall platform quality
