Job summary

Genpact in Gurugram, India is seeking a Scrum Master to drive Agile delivery and scale AI-enabled projects. You will lead the scrum team, organize planning, run daily stand-ups, and facilitate demos while removing impediments to ensure fast, reliable sprint outcomes.

You will collaborate with product owners and stakeholders, track progress with Agile metrics, and coach teams on Scrum principles, supporting continuous improvement across the delivery lifecycle in a fast-moving, innovation-driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees in Commerce, Economics or Finance.
• MBA or Master's in Business Analytics preferred.
• PMI-PMP certification or equivalent is valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead the scrum team to overcome obstacles and deliver sprint goals.
• Organize and facilitate sprint planning sessions.
• Run daily stand-ups, demos, and decision-making for adaptation.
• Plan and prioritize sprints and releases.
• Conduct all scrum ceremonies per cadence (epic grooming to retrospectives).
• Track sprint progress and generate regular reports.
• Ensure input accuracy on Azure DevBoards through compliance checks.
• Coach teams on Scrum and collaborate with product owners to prioritize work.
