Job summary

R Systems International Limited is seeking an experienced Scrum Master in Pune to lead AI-enabled delivery with strong Agile practices. Immediate joiners only.

You will facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, and partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to drive timely sprint performance. Ideal candidates have 6+ years of Scrum Master experience, deep knowledge of Agile frameworks, and hands-on Jira/Confluence usage.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience as a Scrum Master.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks.
• Experience with Generative AI, or AI-enabled solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
