Job summary

TJX India is seeking a Scrum Master III to join our global Merchandising Solutions Delivery team in Hyderabad. You will help plan, build, and support software initiatives that span multiple product and shared services teams, enabling smooth production deployments.

You will work with Product Manager and Product Owner to remove impediments, safeguard the team, and foster a high-performance agile culture while aligning with our global IT organization.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years as a Scrum Master with dedicated agile teams using Scrum/SAFe.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted tools Rovo.
• Proven success in a collaborative matrix environment with measurable business impact.
• Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and mentoring skills.
• Hands-on experience leading Scrum/SAFe events such as Sprint Planning, Release Planning, and PI Planning.
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum or Kanban).

Responsibilities

• Assist the team to clear obstacles and establish an effective working environment.
• Address team dynamics and minimize outside interruptions and distractions.
• Coordinate with Product Manager, Product Owner and the scrum team to plan deployments for large epics spanning multiple teams.
• Support Inventory Management and Markdown team in agile delivery.

What you’ll do

The Merchandising Solution Delivery organization leads the evolving software and systems at TJX for Global Buying, Planning and Allocations. As a Scrum Master III you will be part of a team that plans, builds, and supports global Merchandising initiatives.

We are looking for a motivated, Scrum Master III to help us build and deploy critical software solutions that support our Planning and Allocations user communities. As a Scrum Master III on our Inventory Management and Markdown team your core responsibilities will include assisting the team to clear obstacles, establishing an environment where the team can be effective, addressing any team dynamics as well as supporting the team to control outside interruptions and distractions. You will also work with the Product Manager, Product Owner and the scrum team in planning and coordinating the deployment into production for large epics/initiatives that span multiple product and shared services teams.

Minimum Qualifications

Our team is looking for a Scrum Master who meets the following qualifications:

• 3-6 years as a Scrum Master/project manager/program manager with dedicated agile teams using scrum/SAFe.
• Hands-on experience on AI assisted tools Rovo is a must.
• Proven success working in a highly collaborative, matrix environment, with a track record of accomplishments with measurable business impact
• Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and mentor skills
• Hands-on experience participating in and leading Scrum/SAFe events, such as Sprint Planning, Release Planning, and Program Increment (PI) Planning
• Strong working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban to deliver solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe SM preferred
• Strong working knowledge of MF (Mainframes) environments is preferred
• Familiarity with the desktop and collaboration products, including Windows, Mac OS, and Microsoft 365, will be an added advantage.
• Demonstrated experience with enterprise-wide technology products and deployments
