Job summary

TJX India Hyderabad is seeking a Scrum Master III to lead Merchandising Solution Delivery. You will help the team clear obstacles, foster collaboration, and coordinate deployment of large epics with product managers and owners.

Candidates with 3-6 years of agile experience, SAFe/Scrum, and hands-on with AI tools like Rovo will thrive in a matrix global environment; strong communication and mentorship are essential.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years as a Scrum Master/project manager/program manager with dedicated agile teams using scrum/SAFe.
• Hands-on experience on AI assisted tools Rovo is a must.
• Proven success working in a highly collaborative, matrix environment, with a track record of accomplishments with measurable business impact.
• Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and mentor skills.
• Hands-on experience participating in and leading Scrum/SAFe events, such as Sprint Planning, Release Planning, and Program Increment (PI) Planning.
• Strong working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban to deliver solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Merchandising Solution Delivery team in planning, building, and supporting global Merchandising initiatives.
• Coordinate deployment into production for large epics spanning multiple product and shared services teams.

What You’ll Do

The Merchandising Solution Delivery organization leads the evolving software and systems at TJX for Global Buying, Planning and Allocations. As a Scrum Master III you will be part of a team that plans, builds, and supports global Merchandising initiatives.

We are looking for a motivated, Scrum Master III to help us build and deploy critical software solutions that support our Planning and Allocations user communities. As a Scrum Master III on our Inventory Management and Markdown team your core responsibilities will include assisting the team to clear obstacles, establishing an environment where the team can be effective, addressing any team dynamics as well as supporting the team to control outside interruptions and distractions. You will also work with the Product Manager, Product Owner and the scrum team in planning and coordinating the deployment into production for large epics/initiatives that span multiple product and shared services teams.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3-6 years as a Scrum Master/project manager/program manager with dedicated agile teams using scrum/SAFe.
• Hands-on experience on AI assisted tools Rovo is a must.
• Proven success working in a highly collaborative, matrix environment, with a track record of accomplishments with measurable business impact

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe SM preferred
• Strong working knowledge of MF (Mainframes) environments is preferred
• Familiarity with the desktop and collaboration products, including Windows, Mac OS, and Microsoft 365, will be an added advantage.
• Demonstrated experience with enterprise-wide technology products and deployments
