Brief Description of the role:

The role is based within the Electrical & Vehicle Engineering (EVE) Centre of Competence, within the Assisted & Automated Driving (AAD) Domain. We are transforming the digital future of our brands by designing and building innovative systems and products for a leading luxury automotive brand. We seek an experienced Scrum Master to join our high-performing Agile organization, operating effectively within a complex stakeholder landscape.

Your main responsibilities include supporting teams to become high-performing, enabling self-organization, working with Product Owners and stakeholders to set and achieve goals, mentoring other Scrum Masters, and contributing to the Community of Practice.

Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

This role offers influence over the ADAS Domain, including:

• Generating reports on project and program health
• Drafting and improving policies and processes
• Analyzing metrics for continuous improvement
• Supporting teams in removing impediments
• Enabling teams to meet business objectives
• Ensuring team voices are heard
• Sharing performance and forecast reports
• Mentoring other Scrum Masters

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

Ideal candidates will have a technical analyst background with:

• Strong leadership skills
• Extensive Scrum Master experience
• Experience working in technical, cross-functional teams
• Expertise in facilitating Scrum ceremonies and adapting them to organizational needs
• Mentoring skills
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Coaching teams towards self-organization and consistent velocity
• Knowledge of SDLC and continuous delivery
• Data analysis and presentation skills
• Project management skills (planning, tracking, reporting)
• Stakeholder management experience with global teams
• Proficiency in MS Office and Atlassian tools (JIRA, Portfolio, Confluence)
• Knowledge of Dassault DSA tools (desirable)
• Experience with Agile frameworks (SCRUM, Kanban, SAFE)
• Agile certification (e.g., PSM, CSM) is advantageous
• Basic Python scripting knowledge is a plus
