Job summary

Vaisesika Consulting is seeking an experienced Scrum Master with 9+ years of overall experience, strong hands-on expertise in Agile/Scrum and SAFe, and domain exposure in Web/eCommerce. The role is based in Bangalore with a hybrid work model and immediate joiner.

You will facilitate agile ceremonies, coach teams, remove impediments, and collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to drive program objectives in a large enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of overall experience in software delivery and agile transformation.
• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master.
• Mandatory SAFe Agile experience in a large enterprise setting.
• Exposure to Web/eCommerce domains is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and lead Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives and other Agile ceremonies.
• Coach and mentor teams on Agile/Scrum principles and continuous improvement.
• Identify and remove impediments to team productivity and delivery.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders and cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.
• Drive multiple sprints and agile initiatives within an enterprise environment.
• Promote transparency, collaboration, and accountability across teams.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master with 9+ years of overall experience and strong hands‑on experience in Agile/Scrum and SAFe Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate should have at least 3+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master and preferably have experience in the Web/eCommerce domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Certified Scrum Master with 4+ years of hands‑on experience as a Scrum Master.
• Facilitate and lead Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Drive multiple sprints and Agile initiatives within an enterprise environment.
• Coach and mentor teams on Agile/Scrum principles, practices, and continuous improvement.
• Strong hands‑on experience with SAFe Agile is mandatory.
• Identify and remove impediments/blockers affecting team productivity.
• Collaborate effectively with Product Owners, stakeholders, development teams, and other cross‑functional teams.
• Support teams in achieving sprint and program objectives.
• Exposure to diverse technologies, applications, and processing environments.
• Promote transparency, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across teams.
• Experience in the Web/eCommerce space is preferred.
