Job summary

The-Better-India is seeking a Scriptwriter to craft emotionally resonant narratives for branded films, reels, and campaigns across Mumbai, Bangalore, and Delhi. You will translate brand briefs into human-first stories that align with our mission of storytelling for change.

Collaborate with producers, editors, and designers to bring stories to life; contribute to ideation and creative strategy; ensure tone and values of both TBI and the brand are reflected.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of writing experience in branded content, journalism, or digital media.
• A portfolio that showcases strong storytelling, especially in visual mediums.
• Sharp writing skills and a knack for storytelling that drives emotion and impact.
• Ability to write for different formats - reels, short films, long-form video, voiceover.
• Passion for stories of change, community, and innovation.
