Job summary

Unibots is seeking a Script Editor to elevate short-drama scripts into production-ready stories. You will partner with writers and the creative team to sharpen structure, pacing, dialogue, and emotional arcs, ensuring a polished final script.

Qualifications

• Review and edit short-drama scripts for structure, flow, and engagement.
• Identify and fix plot gaps, continuity issues, pacing problems, and inconsistencies.
• Strengthen character motivations, relationships, and emotional arcs.
• Refine dialogue to be natural, impactful and engaging.
• Improve scene transitions and overall narrative flow.
• Create stronger hooks, twists, reveals, and cliffhangers.
• Ensure scripts are production-ready and properly formatted.
• Review scripts for grammar, spelling, dialogue flow, and readability.
• Provide constructive feedback and collaborate with writers/creative teams.
• Incorporate feedback while maintaining core story vision.
