Qualifications

• B.E Mechanical with hands-on SCM experience (Buyer/Planner) and SAP MM.
• Expert in SAP MM and advanced Excel for analytics and reporting.
• Experience with EDI queue resolution and stakeholder communications.
• Knowledge of procurement, order planning and material management.
• Understanding GRN, invoicing, BOM, and supplier communications.
• Experience creating daily/weekly reports; Power BI for dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on in SAP MM for procurement and inventory management.
• Prepare analytical Excel reports and dashboards; Power BI exposure.
• Resolve EDI queues and communicate with stakeholders.
• Manage procurement processes, order planning and material management.
• Documentation: GRN, invoicing, BOM, BOL; supplier coordination.
• Develop and present insights from SAP and Excel reports.

B.E Mechanical with 3 years of hands on experience in SCM (Buyer/Planner role) with SAP MM and Advanced Excel.

• Hands on in SAP MM module and Excel analytical report preparation.


• Good experience with EDI queue resolution and stakeholder communications.


• Extensive experience in the SAP MM module for procurement and inventory management, with a deep understanding of system functionalities and processes.


• Knowledge of procurement processes, order planning, and material management to optimize supply chain activities.


• Strong grasp of documentation processes such as GRN, invoicing, BOM, BOL, and effective supplier communication for issue resolution.


• Skilled in advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts) for efficient data analysis, reporting, and process optimization.


• Experienced in creating daily and weekly reports using SAP and Excel, with a proven ability to present insights clearly. Knowledgeable in Power BI for dashboard creation and data visualization.


• Independent project management skills, demonstrating the ability to manage tasks and responsibilities efficiently with excellent communication.
