Job summary

Linxon India Private Limited is seeking a seasoned Vendor Onboarding Analyst to ensure smooth supplier onboarding in SAP Ariba, verify prequalification documents, and assess vendor risk. You will maintain the vendor list and ensure onboarding completion prior to PO placement, with periodic checks on required documents and RFQ launches.

The role requires 5–10+ years in procurement, strong SAP Ariba knowledge, and fluency in English, with hybrid work options and a focus on electrical equipment

Qualifications

• Minimum engineering graduate in Electrical engineering or equivalent.
• 5–10+ years in supply chain, vendor onboarding and procurement.
• Good knowledge of SAP Ariba and electrical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Manage vendor onboarding in SAP Ariba and initiate supplier requests.
• Verify prequalification documents during onboarding.
• Analyze vendor risk via SAP Ariba checks.
• Maintain and update complete vendor lists before placing POs.
• Perform periodic checks on mandatory onboarding documents.
• Launch RFQs and receive offers from vendors before deadlines.

The purpose of the role is to provide a continuous verification and analysis of the complete Linxon prequalified vendors globally, identifying potential risks and keeping Linxon vendor list updated after the prequalification process has been successfully completed.

What will you do?

• Vendor Onboarding process in SAP Ariba Portal by initiating supplier request.
• Verification of prequalification documents provided by the suppliers during onboarding process.
• Analyze and perform Vendor Risk assessment check in SAP Ariba.
• Updating and Maintaining Complete Vendor List and to ensure completion of Vendor onboarding process before placing PO.
• Perform Periodic Check on mandatory documents uploaded by Supplier during onboarding process.
• Launching RFQ and receiving offer from Vendor before deadline in SAP Ariba Portal.

Experience, Education and Other Requirement:

• Minimum Engineering Graduate in Electrical engineering or equivalent qualification and applicable experience of 5 to 10 + years’ experience in lieu of qualification.
• 5 to 10 years’ work experience in supply chain, Vendor onboarding and procurement.
• Good knowledge of SAP Ariba system.
• Good knowledge in electrical Equipment’s.
• Fluent in English
