Overview

We combine AtkinsRéalis project management expertise and Hitachi Energy's deep technological knowledge to create a company dedicated to substations – we are Linxon!

The purpose of the role is to provide a continuous verification and analysis of the complete Linxon prequalified vendors globally, identifying potential risks and keeping Linxon vendor list updated after the prequalification process has been successfully completed.

Responsibilities

• Vendor onboarding process in SAP Ariba Portal by initiating supplier requests.
• Verification of prequalification documents provided by the suppliers during onboarding process.
• Analyze and perform vendor risk assessment checks in SAP Ariba.
• Update and maintain the complete vendor list and ensure completion of vendor onboarding before placing a PO.
• Perform periodic checks on mandatory documents uploaded by suppliers during onboarding process.
• Launch RFQ and receive offers from vendors before the deadline in SAP Ariba Portal.

Experience, Education And Other Requirements

• Minimum engineering graduate in electrical engineering or equivalent qualification with 5 to 10+ years' experience in lieu of qualification.
• 5 to 10 years' work experience in supply chain, vendor onboarding and procurement.
• Good knowledge of SAP Ariba system.
• Good knowledge of electrical equipment.
• Fluent in English.
