Hitachi Energy is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end service delivery across multiple teams, locations, and business units within the CSS Supply Chain Management organization. Reporting to the Delivery Lead, you will drive operational excellence, stakeholder satisfaction, digital transformation initiatives, and continuous improvement across supply chain and procurement operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related discipline.
  • Master’s degree or professional certifications in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Lean Six Sigma, Project Management, or Change Management would be advantageous.
  • 15-20 years of progressive experience in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Sourcing, Planning, Shared Services, or Global Business Services environments.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain and procurement processes.
  • Experience working within shared services, global business services, or centralized operations models.
  • Proven track record of leading large, geographically dispersed teams and developing people leaders.
  • Strong knowledge of operational excellence, Lean methodologies, continuous improvement frameworks, and process optimization.
  • Experience managing service delivery through KPI governance, performance dashboards, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Understanding of risk management, compliance requirements, and internal control frameworks within supply chain operations.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing digital solutions, automation initiatives, analytics, and AI-driven process improvements.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, negotiation, and executive communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed, and global organization.

Your Background
