Biopatrika is seeking a seasoned scientist to drive process R&D and scale-up activities from kilo lab to pilot plant in Bangalore. You will perform organic synthesis, characterize products with NMR, IR, and HPLC, and coordinate tech transfers while maintaining GMP/ISO QA standards.

Ideal candidates hold an MSc in organic/industrial chemistry with 6–10 years in pharma CRO or specialty chemicals, and have hands-on experience with large-scale reactions, purification, and analytical methods.

NMR, IR, GC, HPLC, MP, elemental analysis)* Should have handled pyrophoric & moisture sensitive reactions and reagents at 20L scale.* Handling independently reaction in shifts.* Knowledge of organic chemistry synthesis, reaction mechanism, asymmetric synthesis, catalysis, ligand chemistry etc.* Expert in purification techniques like high vacuum distillation, recrystallization, column chromatography etc.* Expert in process development and scale-up up to pilot plant.
