Job summary

Shashwath Solution is seeking a BE/B.Tech or Diploma holder with 2–5 years of PLC-based control systems experience to design and implement automation solutions for industrial clients in Pune district. You will program PLC/ HMI, work with Schneider Electric products, and support commissioning and remote site activities.

The role requires hands-on PLC programming (ST, FBD, IL), strong analytical skills, knowledge of industrial communication protocols, and experience with EcoStruxure and SCADA

Qualifications

• BE/B Tech or Diploma in Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics and Communication with 2–5 years PLC control systems experience.
• Hands on PLC programming using ST, FBD, IL for complex logics.
• Good analytical skills and strong written/verbal communications.
• Knowledge of Profibus, Profinet, Modbus, EthernetIP protocols is desirable.
• Solid understanding of Process and Machine design principles and Automation (PLC, HMI, MES).
• Hands on experience EcoStruxure Process Expert, EcoStruxure Control Expert, Machine Expert, EcoStruxure Automation Expert; Machine SCADA Expert and AVEVA Citect SCADA.

Responsibilities

• Develop automation solutions for our industrial customers using Schneider Electric products.
• Provide software programming support in complex process automation setups.
• Develop, deploy, and debug PLC and HMI programs for automated equipment.
• Travel to client locations.
• Involve in commissioning and start-up activities.
• FDS write up and various documentation preparation.
• Remote site support.

• Analyze customer requests and use power distribution and product knowledge to develop solutions.

• We need a BE/B Tech graduate/ Diploma holders in Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics and Communication with 2 to 5 years of experience in PLC based control systems experience.
• Hands on experience in PLC programming using ST, FBD, IL for complex logics.
• Good analytical skills.
• Communication protocols configuration for Profibus, Profinet, Modbus, EthernetIP etc is desired.
