Job summary

Shashwath Solution in India is seeking an experienced electrical automation engineer to design switchgear and power distribution solutions for industrial customers using standard Schneider Electric products.

You will develop, deploy, and debug PLC and HMI programs, provide software programming support for complex processes, and travel to client locations for commissioning, start-up activities, and remote-site support. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech or Diploma in Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics and Communications with 2–5 years of experience in PLC-based control systems.
• Hands-on programming experience using ST, FBD, IL for complex logics.
• Good analytical skills and ability to interpret customer requests into robust automation solutions.
• Knowledge of communication protocols such as Profibus, Profinet, Modbus, Ethernet/IP is desirable.
• Experience with EcoStruxure suite (Process Expert, Control Expert, Machine Expert) and SCADA systems.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.

Responsibilities

• We need a BE/B Tech graduate/ Diploma holders in Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics and Communication with 2 to 5 years of experience in PLC based control systems experience.
• Hands on experience in PLC programming using ST, FBD, IL for complex logics.
• Good analytical skills.
• Communication protocols configuration for Profibus, Profinet, Modbus, EthernetIP etc is desired.
• Hands on experience on Strong in Process and Machine design principles and Automation Skills (PLC, HMI, MES)
