Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Hyderabad seeks an experienced Saviynt IAM Administrator to provide L2/L2.5 support for the Saviynt EIC platform. You will troubleshoot user lifecycle, provisioning and deprovisioning, and manage JML updates across AD, Azure AD, LDAP, and REST APIs.

You will also optimize workflows, RBAC, and entitlements, analyze logs, coordinate with security and vendor teams, and contribute to deployments and SOPs while identifying automation opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L2.5 administration and production support for Saviynt EIC.
• Troubleshoot user lifecycle, provisioning, access requests, approvals, certifications, and deprovisioning.
• Monitor JML processes and ensure identity updates.
• Configure and support applications, endpoints, security systems, and entitlements in Saviynt.
• Troubleshoot provisioning failures involving AD, Azure AD, LDAP, REST APIs, SCIM and related apps.
• Analyze Saviynt logs, job history, and audit data to identify root causes.
• Support REST/SOAP API integrations and investigate failures.
• Work with SQL queries for data validation, troubleshooting, reporting.
• Troubleshoot workflow, email notifications, and provisioning-related issues.
• Support RBAC, birthright access and entitlement management; campaign configurations.
• Perform RCA for recurring issues and implement fixes.
• Coordinate with application, AD, security, infra and vendor teams.
• Handle incidents, service requests and problem management; support SIT/UAT/production deployments.
• Develop SOPs and operational documentation; participate in upgrades and onboarding.
• Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual provisioning.

Job Description: 48+ years in IAM/IGA, with strong Saviynt

• Provide L2/L2.5 administration and production support for the Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC) platform.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to user lifecycle, account provisioning, access requests, approvals, certifications, and deprovisioning.
• Monitor and troubleshoot JML (Joiner, Mover, Leaver) processes and ensure timely identity and access updates.
• Configure and support applications, endpoints, security systems, access controls, roles, and entitlement structures in Saviynt.
• Troubleshoot provisioning failures involving Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, LDAP, databases, REST APIs, SCIM and other connected applications.
• Analyze Saviynt logs, job history, request history, provisioning logs and audit data to identify root causes.
• Support and troubleshoot REST/SOAP API integrations and investigate integration failures.
• Work with SQL queries for data validation, troubleshooting, reporting and issue analysis.
• Troubleshoot workflow, approval, email notification, task generation and provisioning-related issues.
• Support RBAC, role management, birthright access and entitlement management.
  Support access certification campaigns, including campaign configuration, troubleshooting and remediation.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring production issues and implement permanent fixes.
• Coordinate with application, AD, security, infrastructure and vendor teams for complex incidents.
• Handle SLA-based incident, service request and problem management.
  Perform controlled configuration changes and support SIT/UAT/production deployments.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, knowledge articles and operational documentation.
• Participate in platform upgrades, enhancements, integration onboarding and new application onboarding.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement to reduce manual provisioning and support effort.
• Provide technical guidance to L1/L2 teams and act as an escalation point for complex Saviynt issues.
