Job summary

Inspira Enterprise India invites an IAM professional to configure and implement Saviynt Identity Governance based on business requirements. You will develop integrations with AD, Azure AD, SAP, Workday and ServiceNow, and enforce RBAC and birthright provisioning.

The role requires hands-on Saviynt experience, strong identity lifecycle management knowledge, and skills in JavaScript, JSON, REST APIs, and SQL.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in Identity and Access Management.
• 2–3 years hands-on Saviynt IGA experience.
• IGA platform implementation, configuration, and customization.
• Saviynt integration with enterprise apps (AD, SAP, Office 365, HR systems).
• Proficiency with identity lifecycle management, access governance, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement Saviynt Identity Governance per business needs.
• Develop and manage Saviynt integrations with target systems (AD, Azure AD, SAP, Workday, ServiceNow).
• Implement RBAC, birthright provisioning, and access request workflows.
• Design access certifications, SoD policies, and audit reports.
• Customize workflows and build Saviynt connectors using REST APIs and Saviynt connectors framework.
• Gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and translate into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot provisioning, de-provisioning, and certification issues.
• Perform unit testing, UAT support, and documentation of solutions.
• Provide production support and rollout assistance for Saviynt features.

• The job holder is responsible for Configuring and implementing Saviynt Identity Governance solution based on business requirements.

• Design and configure access certifications, SoD policies, and audit reports.
• Customize workflows and build Saviynt connectors using REST APIs and Saviynt connectors framework.
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and translate into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to identity provisioning, de-provisioning, and access certification.
• Perform unit testing, UAT support, and documentation of solutions.
• Provide production support and help in the rollout of Saviynt features and enhancements.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Identity and Access Management
• Extensive hands-on experience (minimum 2 to 3 years) with the Saviynt
• Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform, including implementation, configuration, and customization.
• Hands-on experience with Saviynt IGA platform.
• Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, access governance, and compliance requirements.
• Profi ciency in JavaScript, JSON, REST APIs, SQL, and PowerShell (optional).
• Experience integrating Saviynt with enterprise applications (e.g., SAP, Office 365, AD, LDAP, HR systems).
• Experience with Saviynt custom connectors and workflow configurations.
• Good understanding of RBAC, ABAC, SoD, and policy enforcement.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and ticketing systems.
