We are looking for a skilled SAS Developer with over 5 years of experience and strong expertise in Base SAS, Advanced SAS, and UNIX environments. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in SAS maintenance and migration projects, along with strong debugging, analytical, and problem‑solving skills. This role involves working on end‑to‑end development, maintenance, and support of SAS applications across domains such as Finance, Banking, or Healthcare.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop, maintain, and support SAS programs and batch jobs (daily, weekly, monthly cycles).
• Analyze existing SAS code, understand business logic, and implement enhancements or fixes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve job failures due to logic/code issues.
• Perform code modifications and enhancements based on changing business requirements.
• Ensure smooth execution and automation of SAS processes.
• Participate in requirement analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation.
• Work with large datasets and perform data extraction, transformation, and analysis using SAS and SQL.
• Support SAS migration and maintenance projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and provide regular updates on progress and issues.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, quality, and best practices.

Expertise You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience as a SAS Developer.
• Strong expertise in:
• Base SAS and Advanced SAS
• Experience with:
• Writing and managing batch jobs and scheduling
• Strong debugging and issue resolution skills.
• Experience in handling large datasets and data warehouses using SAS/SQL.
• Exposure to end‑to‑end SDLC (Requirement, Design, Development, Testing, Support).
• Domain experience in Finance / Banking / Healthcare.
• Ability to work on multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
