Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. Bengaluru is seeking an SAP Vistex production support specialist to handle rebates, chargebacks, billbacks, incentives, pricing agreements and related claims management. You will resolve production issues, validate calculations and support ECC SD integration across shifts with global teams.

The role involves L1.5/L2/L3 support, incident analysis within SLA, and RCA for recurring issues. You will work with ServiceNow/Remedy/Jira and contribute to documentation and on‑call rotations.

Qualifications

• Experience in SAP Vistex and ECC/SAP environments for production support.
• Knowledge of incident/problem/change management processes (ITIL).
• Ability to work in shifts across multiple regional support teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for SAP Vistex solutions including Rebates, Chargebacks, Billbacks, Incentives, Pricing Agreements, and Claims Management. Resolve production issues, validate calculations, and support ECC SD integration.
• Provide L1.5/ L2/L3 production support for SAP ECC applications.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents within SLA.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues.
• Handle Service Requests and standard changes.
• Deliver minor enhancements and configuration updates.
• Support deployment activities and transport management.
• Coordinate with business users, functional teams, and technical teams.
• Prepare functional/technical documentation and knowledge articles.
• Participate in on-call support during business-critical periods.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management processes.
• Work with monitoring tools and ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or Jira.
• Support testing activities including Unit Testing (UT), SIT, and UAT.
• Ability work in Shifts supporting Multiple Regional Support
