Job summary

NTT DATA BUSINESS SOLUTIONS in Bangalore, Karnataka, India is seeking a SAP Vistex Consultant to join our team. You will provide L1.5/ L2/L3 production support for SAP ECC, analyze incidents, perform RCA for recurring issues, and implement minor enhancements.

You will coordinate with business users and cross-functional teams, prepare functional and technical documentation, participate in on-call support, and ensure ITIL compliant incident, problem, change, and release management processes while

Responsibilities

• Provide L1.5/ L2/L3 production support for SAP ECC applications.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents within SLA.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues.
• Handle Service Requests and standard changes.
• Deliver minor enhancements and configuration updates.
• Support deployment activities and transport management.
• Coordinate with business users, functional teams, and technical teams.
• Prepare functional/technical documentation and knowledge articles.
• Participate in on-call support during business-critical periods.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management processes.
• Work with monitoring tools and ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or Jira.
• Support testing activities including Unit Testing (UT), SIT, and UAT.
• Ability work in Shifts supporting Multiple Regional Support
