Job summary

Tekskills is seeking a Vistex Solutions Consultant to lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Vistex solutions for pricing, rebates, and chargebacks. You will work on modules like IP, Billbacks, and DMP, coordinating with SD, MM, and FICO teams for seamless integrations.

You will analyze client requirements, map them to Vistex functionalities, and recommend process improvements while minimizing customizations.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing and configuring Vistex solutions for pricing, rebates, chargebacks, and incentive programs.
• Ability to map client requirements to Vistex functionalities and recommend process improvements.
• Design solutions aligning with standard best practices and minimizing customizations.
• Manage rebate lifecycle including agreement setup, claims processing, accruals, and settlement.
• Provide ongoing system support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve Vistex-related errors.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration, and implementation of Vistex solutions for pricing, rebates, chargebacks, and incentive programs.
• Implement and configure Vistex modules such as Incentives & Paybacks (IP), Billbacks, Customer Rebates, and Data Maintenance Pricing (DMP).
• Analyze client requirements and map to Vistex functionalities, offering process improvement recommendations.
• Design solutions that leverage standard best practices with minimal customizations.
• Oversee rebate management lifecycle including agreement setup, claims processing, accruals, and settlement.
• Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshoot Vistex-related issues.
• Collaborate with SD, MM, FICO teams for integrations and ABAP developments.
• Oversee data migration and conversion activities for Vistex projects.
• Create functional and technical specifications, design documents, and project documentation.
• Assist with functional testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Train and mentor end-users on Vistex functionalities.

Data Migration: Oversee data migration and conversion activities for Vistex projects. Collaboration & Project Management
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with stakeholders and cross-functional teams (e.g., SD, MM, FICO) to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Documentation: Create functional and technical specifications, design documents, and other project documentation.
Testing: Assist with and participate in functional testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Client & User Support Trusted Advisor: Serve as an expert advisor to clients, guiding them on Vistex solutions and best practices
