Lead – Talent Acquisition | Manager – Human Resources @ Neuland Labs Limited

SAP Technical Lead with deep expertise in SAP ABAP and SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI). The ideal candidate will guide technical development efforts, lead integration projects, mentor developers, and ensure the delivery of high-quality SAP solutions aligned with business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical lead for SAP ABAP and SAP CPI development projects.
• Design, develop, and implement high-performance ABAP programs (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows, etc.).
• Develop and maintain integration flows (iFlows) using SAP CPI for cloud and on‑premise applications.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions within SAP environments.
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring for ABAP and CPI development teams.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, and project managers to deliver integrated solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system and integration issues.
• Ensure adherence to SAP development standards, guidelines, and best practices.
• Contribute to SAP system upgrades, migrations, and transformation projects (e.g., S/4HANA).
• Prepare technical design documents, unit test plans, and system documentation.
• Stay updated on the latest SAP technologies, tools, and industry best practices.

Qualifications

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in computer science / information technology or a related field, with minimum experience of 3 years of hands‑on experience with SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) and minimum 8+ years of hands‑on SAP ABAP development experience.

Strong expertise in:

• Enhancements (User Exits, BADI, BTE)
• OData Services and SAP Gateway (Functional)

Must have S/4 HANA implementation as a Project Manager.
