Job summary

Cerebra is seeking a senior SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central consultant for a contract-to-hire engagement across India. The role requires deep EC expertise, leadership in large HR projects, and strong client-facing delivery skills. Immediate joiners are preferred, with experience driving end-to-end EC implementations.

The ideal candidate will manage complex HR transformations, collaborate with global teams, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining high quality standards.

Qualifications

• 12–16 years of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central experience.
• Must be a certified consultant with at least 23 end-to-end EC implementations.
• Strong project-management capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills; experience managing large HR projects.

• Deliver precise, tactical execution of day-to-day delivery activities.

The core technology focus is SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central| including Role-Based Permissions| Time Off| IAS and IPS| and Story reports. [1] [2]Mandatory Experience and Delivery Capabilities Candidates must be certified consultants with at least 23 end-to-end Employee Central implementation experiences| including Employee Central Time Off implementation. The role also calls for strong project-management capability| communication skills| and experience managing large projects. SuccessFactors certification is not required for the project-management aspect| although experience managing Talent or Human Resources projects is preferred. The expected delivery approach emphasizes: Precise tactical execution of day-to-day delivery activities.
