Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Consultant – CPI (Cloud Platform Integration)

Note: First 6 months will be based on-site in Bhubaneswar

Experience Required: Must have successfully completed 2 end-to-end implementations

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Implementations:

Lead or contribute to complete CPI implementation lifecycles for integrating SAP SuccessFactors with third-party or on-premise systems.

Integration Design & Development:

Design, develop, and maintain integration flows (iFlows) using SAP CPI (Cloud Integration), ensuring robust, secure, and scalable integrations.

Requirements Gathering & Solutioning:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand integration needs, define technical requirements, and provide expert recommendations.

Monitoring & Troubleshooting:

Monitor CPI interfaces and perform issue resolution, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Security & Compliance:

Ensure all integrations comply with security protocols, data protection regulations, and SAP best practices.

Documentation & Knowledge Transfer:

Prepare technical documentation and provide training or knowledge transfer to internal teams as needed.

Work closely with SAP Functional Consultants, HRIS, and IT teams to align integration strategies with business goals.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

Minimum 2 end-to-end implementations involving SAP CPI and SuccessFactors

Hands‑on experience in SAP BTP / CPI / HCI, including building and customizing iFlows

Knowledge of SFTP, SOAP, REST, OData, and other integration protocols

Strong debugging, problem‑solving, and performance tuning skills

Excellent communication and documentation capabilities
