The consultant will implement, support, and optimize procurement and supplier management processes, with emphasis on SRM procurement scenarios and integration with SAP ECC MM. The role requires strong functional expertise, involvement in end-to-end SRM configuration, and collaboration with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of SAP SRM functional consulting experience.
• Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP SRM implementation projects.
• Experience in support and enhancement projects.
• Strong understanding of SAP ECC MM integration.
• Client-facing skills and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and design SAP SRM solutions.
• Configure and support SAP SRM modules including SUS/SHOP and various scenarios.
• Perform end-to-end SRM configuration and PO processing.
• Manage integration between SRM and ECC MM.
• Coordinate with technical teams for interfaces and reports.
• Provide production support and participate in UAT and training.
• Prepare functional specs and process documentation.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP ECC SRM (Supplier Relationship Management) Consultant with 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in SAP ECC and SRM environments. The consultant will be responsible for implementing, supporting, enhancing, and optimizing procurement and supplier management processes. The role requires strong functional expertise in SRM procurement scenarios, integration with SAP ECC MM, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and design SAP SRM solutions aligned with procurement processes.
• Configure and support SAP SRM modules, including:
  • Self-Service Procurement (SUS/SHOP)
  • Classic Scenario
  • Extended Classic Scenario
  • Standalone Scenario
  • Service Procurement
  • Strategic Sourcing and Contract Management
• Perform end-to-end configuration of SRM procurement processes.
• Manage integration between SAP SRM and SAP ECC MM.
• Configure Organizational Structure, Business Partners, Product Categories, and Workflow.
• Support sourcing, RFQ, bid management, contract management, and supplier evaluation processes.
• Work on approval workflows, shopping carts, purchase orders, confirmations, and invoices.
• Coordinate with technical teams for enhancements, interfaces, reports, forms, and workflows.
• Provide production support and resolve incidents within SLA timelines.
• Participate in UAT, deployment activities, and user training.
• Prepare functional specifications and process documentation.

• Understanding of BRF, Web Dynpro, and portal-based procurement processes.
• Familiarity with interfaces and master data synchronization.

Mandatory Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of SAP SRM functional consulting experience.
• Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP SRM implementation projects.
• Experience in support and enhancement projects.
• Strong understanding of SAP ECC MM integration.
• Experience in client-facing roles and stakeholder management.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP SRM certification preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP Ariba integration is an added advantage.
• Experience in manufacturing, retail, FMCG, or chemical industries.
• Exposure to S/4HANA procurement processes is desirable.
