Job summary

2COMS Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned SAP SRM Functional Consultant for an on-site role in Delhi. The candidate should have 5–7 years of hands-on SAP SRM and ECC experience and will lead procurement workflows and supplier management initiatives.

Responsibilities include configuring SRM modules (SUS/SHOP, Classic, Service Procurement, Sourcing, Contract Management), integrating SRM with ECC MM, handling RFQs, POs, and invoices, and guiding UAT, deployments, and user training.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of SAP SRM functional consulting experience.
• Experience in SRM modules: SUS/SHOP, Classic, Extended Classic, Standalone, Service Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Contract Management.
• Strong integration knowledge between SRM and SAP ECC MM.
• Experience in RFQ, bid management, supplier evaluation, contract administration.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• SAP SRM certification and Ariba familiarity preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori and MDG for supplier master management is a plus.

• Facilitate sourcing activities, including RFQ handling, bid management, contract administration, and supplier performance evaluation.
• Manage the full transactional lifecycle, including approval workflows, shopping carts, purchase orders, confirmations, and invoice processing.
• Collaborate with technical teams to develop enhancements, interfaces, reports, forms, and workflow automations.
• Deliver production support and ensure all incidents are resolved within SLA timeframes.
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment activities, and conduct user training sessions.
• Draft functional specifications and comprehensive process documentation.

Summary

We are currently recruiting a seasoned SAP ECC SRM Functional Consultant specializing in Supplier Relationship Management. This full-time contract position, based entirely on-site in Delhi, requires a professional with 5 to 7 years of hands-on expertise in SAP ECC and SRM ecosystems. The primary objective of this role is to lead the implementation, support, enhancement, and optimization of procurement and supplier management workflows. Success in this position demands deep functional proficiency in SRM procurement scenarios, seamless integration with SAP ECC Materials Management (MM), and the ability to effectively manage stakeholder relationships.

• Configure and maintain various SAP SRM modules, including Self-Service Procurement (SUS/SHOP), Classic, Extended Classic, and Standalone scenarios, as well as Service Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, and Contract Management.
  
• Execute end-to-end configuration of procurement processes within the SRM environment.
  
• Oversee and manage the technical integration between SAP SRM and SAP ECC MM systems.
  
• Define organizational structures, establish business partner records, configure product categories, and design workflow logic.

Requirements

• Functional Expertise: Proven track record in SAP SRM procurement processes with hands-on experience in shopping carts, purchase order processing, strategic sourcing, contract management, supplier evaluation, and service procurement.
  
• Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of SAP MM procurement workflows and the complete procurement lifecycle from requisition to payment.
  
• Technical Integration: Proficiency in SAP ECC integration with SRM, including ALE/IDoc concepts, workflow configuration and troubleshooting, and familiarity with BRF, WebDynpro, and portal-based procurement tools.
  
• System Synchronization: Experience with interfaces and master data synchronization.
  
• Experience Level: 5 to 7 years of functional consulting experience specifically in SAP SRM.
  
• Project History: Minimum of two end-to-end SAP SRM implementation projects, plus experience in support and enhancement initiatives.
  
• Integration Depth: Strong grasp of SAP ECC MM integration.
  
• Client Interaction: Demonstrated success in client-facing roles and managing stakeholder expectations.
  
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and presentation capabilities, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work autonomously while managing multiple priorities, and a collaborative team player with a customer-centric approach.
  
• Preferred Qualifications: SAP SRM certification, familiarity with SAP Ariba integration, industry exposure in manufacturing, retail, FMCG, or chemicals, and knowledge of S/4HANA procurement processes.
  
• Additional Assets: Exposure to SAP Fiori applications, knowledge of SAP MDG for supplier master management, and experience with procurement compliance and audit standards.
