Job Description

Role: SAP SRM Consultant

Required Technical Skill Set: SAP SRM

Desired Experience Range: 6 to 8 years

Location of Requirement: Chennai, Hyderabad

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral):

Must-Have (Ideally should not be more than 3-5):

• At least 2 End-to-End SAP SRM implementation Projects
• Functional expertise in Organizational setup, Sourcing, Catalog management (MDM), Service procurement, Supplier enablement & evaluation, and Contract Management
• Procurement for public sector experience – RFx process, Auctions, Live Bidding, Two-envelope Bidding with Document collaboration
• Configuration experience in Extended classic scenario, SRM-SUS, ROS, PDP scenario, and Process-controlled workflows
• Strong integration experience between SRM, MM, and FI

Good-to-Have: S/4HANA MM and KSA public sector localization knowledge

Responsibilities and Expectations:

• End-to-End implementation activities including process understanding, business designs, blueprint preparation, static data collection, master data preparation, cut-over, data migration, user training, and user acceptance
• Understanding business requirements and transforming them into SAP environment
• Preparing functional specifications and conducting unit tests, SITs, and UATs
• Configuration of MM/SRM organizational structure like company codes, plants, storage locations, purchasing organizations, and purchasing groups
• Configuration of procurement processes like contracts, catalogs, shopping carts, purchase orders, goods receipts, and invoices
• Configuring business process workflows for procurement processes
