Job summary

Westernacher Consulting is seeking a Senior Project Management - SAP professional in India to lead SAP project management efforts. The role involves implementing SAP Activate, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring successful, on-time project delivery across time zones.

The ideal candidate has 10–15 years of SAP PM experience, expertise in JIRA/CALM and strong Excel skills, with PMP/Agile/Prince2 certification preferred.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in project management, SAP PM preferred.
• End-to-end SAP implementation experience is required.
• Experience with JIRA, CALM and strong MS Excel skills.
• Cross-team coordination and excellent communication are essential.
• PMP, Agile or Prince2 certification is desirable.
• SAP Activate knowledge or certification is advantageous.
• Experience collaborating with global teams across time zones.
• Ability to understand budgeting and financials.

Responsibilities

• Set up projects using JIRA or CALM per requirement.
• Create and organize the project repository structure.
• Apply SAP Activate in project planning.
• Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams for tasks.
• Adapt to flexible working hours across SEA/Europe time zones.

Your Responsibilities

• Help setting up project using JIRA or CALM as per requirement
• Help in creating project repository structure
• Apply SAP Activate methodology in project planning
• Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams for task execution
• Adapt to flexible working hours aligned with SEA or European time zones
• Help managers establish the project internally
• Should be open for short‑term business travel (domestic and international)

Your Experience And Skills

• Should have 10-15 years of experience
• Strong experience in SAP Project Management and with minimum of one end‑to‑end SAP implementation experience
• Experience of JIRA and CALM, Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency
• Experience in cross‑team coordination, Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Quick learning ability and adaptability, Previous PM experience is a plus
• PMP, Agile, or Prince2 certification
• SAP Activate methodology certification or knowledge
• Experience working with global teams across time zones
• Able to understand Budgeting
