Job summary

Birlasoft Limited is hiring an SAP Security & GRC Consultant with 5–7 years of experience. The role focuses on designing and implementing security matrices across SAP ECC and S/4HANA, with emphasis on GRC modules, Fiori integrations, and validated environments per FDA guidelines.

You will engage in requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, testing, user training, and coordination with ABAP/development teams to deliver secure and compliant ERP solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 implementation experience in SAP GRC (Version 10 & above) as GRC Consultant.
• Minimum 1 Implementation experience in SAP ECC & S/4HANA Security.
• 5+ years experience as SAP GRC Module (standalone & Embedded) with proven track record in implementation, support & rollout projects.
• Expert knowledge in Design & Configuration of roles & establish Security matrix for authorization across SAP ECC & S/4HANA, Fiori & Non-SAP application integrations.
• Should have working experience in validated SAP environment and have knowledge of System validation (FDA Guidelines).
• Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective.
• Perform requirements gathering, Business Analysis, Fit/Gap Analysis, System Testing, Documentation (FDD/TDD), End User Training.
• Provide techno-functional specifications and work with ABAP/Developer teams.
• Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others.
• Must be results oriented, and demonstrate attitude – adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness.
• Excellent written & verbal communicational skill.

Responsibilities

• Design & configure roles and security matrices for SAP ECC and S/4HANA, Fiori and non‑SAP integrations.
• Perform requirements gathering, business analysis, and fit/gap analysis for SAP security projects.
• Lead end-to-end testing, documentation (FDD/TDD), and end-user training.
• Develop techno-functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP/developer teams.
• Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis in validated SAP environments.
