Birlasoft is seeking a SAP Security & GRC Consultant in Hinjawadi, Pune, to lead GRC implementations and security configurations across SAP ECC and S/4HANA. The role requires 5+ years of SAP GRC experience, including design of roles, security matrices, and validations in regulated environments.

You will collaborate with ABAP/dev teams, perform requirements gathering, testing, and documentation, and ensure quality delivery across deployments.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 SAP GRC implementations (Version 10+).
• Minimum 1 SAP ECC & S/4HANA Security implementation.
• 5+ years in SAP GRC (standalone & Embedded) across projects.
• Design & configuration of roles and security matrix for SAP ECC & S/4HANA, Fiori & integrations.
• Knowledge of validated SAP environments and System validation (FDA guidelines).
• Ability to gather requirements, perform BA/Fit-Gap, testing, and documentation (FDD/TDD).
• Provide tech- functional specs and coordinate with ABAP/Developer teams.
• Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Strong teamwork, adaptability, and communication skills.

SAP Security & GRC Consultant

Experience: 5-7 Years

• Minimum 2 Implementation experience in SAP GRC (Version 10 & above) as GRC Consultant
• Minimum 1 Implementation experience in SAP ECC & S/4HANA Security
• 5+ years experience as SAP GRC Module (standalone & Embedded) with proven track record in implementation, support & rollout projects
• Expert knowledge in Design & Configuration of roles & establish Security matrix for authorization across SAP ECC & S/4HANA, Fiori & Non-SAP application integrations
• Should have working experiance in validated SAP environment and have knowledge of System validation (FDA Guidelines)
• Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective
• Perform requirements gathering, Business Analysis, Fit/Gap Analysis, System Testing, Documentation (FDD/TDD), End User Training
• Provide techno-functional specifications and work with ABAP/Developer teams
• Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others
• Must be results oriented, and demonstrate attitude - adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness
