Job summary

Birlasoft is seeking an experienced SAP GRC Consultant to join our team in India. The role focuses on implementing GRC solutions, configuring security matrices, and enabling compliant SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver secure and validated systems.

The candidate should bring 5+ years of SAP GRC experience, including design, configuration, testing, and user training, with exposure to Fiori and non-SAP integrations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 SAP GRC implementations (10+ versions) as GRC consultant.
• Minimum 1 implementation in SAP ECC or S/4HANA Security.
• 5+ years of experience with SAP GRC module (standalone & Embedded).
• Design & configuration of roles and security matrices across SAP ECC, S/4HANA, Fiori & non-SAP integrations.
• Experience in validated SAP environments and knowledge of FDA guidelines.
• Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective.
• Experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, fit/gap analysis, testing, and training.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy GRC solutions.
• Provide techno-functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP/developer teams.
• Perform troubleshooting and root-cause analysis throughout deployments.
• Prepare End-User training materials and conduct trainings.

SAP Security & GRC Consultant

Experience: 5-7 Years

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 Implementation experience in SAP GRC (Version 10 & above) as GRC Consultant
• Minimum 1 Implementation experience in SAP ECC & S/4HANA Security
• 5+ years experience as SAP GRC Module (standalone & Embedded) with proven track record in implementation, support & rollout projects
• Expert knowledge in Design & Configuration of roles & establish Security matrix for authorization across SAP ECC & S/4HANA, Fiori & Non-SAP application integrations
• Should have working experiance in validated SAP environment and have knowledge of System validation (FDA Guidelines)
• Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective
• Perform requirements gathering, Business Analysis, Fit/Gap Analysis, System Testing, Documentation (FDD/TDD), End User Training
• Provide techno-functional specifications and work with ABAP/Developer teams
• Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others
• Must be results oriented, and demonstrate attitude – adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness
