Job summary

IND KCI Medical India Private limited is seeking a SAP Security / GRC Associate Analyst in Bengaluru to manage security activities and collaborate with technical teams. You'll work on SAP On-Premise Applications and develop SAP GRC products ensuring quality standards and compliance.

Job description

Position: SAP Security / GRC Associate Analyst

Key Impact

As a SAP Security / GRC Associate Analyst you will collaborate with SAP Process teams and technical teams to understand requirements, support issue fixes, and incident resolution in SAP On-Premise Application such as S/4, GTS and public cloud solutions like BTP, IBP and Ariba. You will manage regular security activities including role design and fixes, audit support, Fire Fighter user administration, log reviews, and GRC workflow activities.

You will develop and implement the full suite of SAP GRC products, ensuring solutions meet design documentation, quality standards, and SOX compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or higher.

Minimum 2 years hands‑on experience in SAP Security, GRC Administration and Cloud‑based SAP Application Security. Minimum 2 years of experience with SAP GRC 10.x/12.x Access Control modules and 2 years in S/4 HANA Security and GRC implementation focusing on role authorizations.

Experience with developing and implementing the full suite of SAP GRC products, including Access Control, and other SAP applications such as HANA, S/4, Fiori, GRC Risk Management, Audit Management.
In‑depth knowledge of GRC components (Access Request Management, Access Risk Analysis, User Access Review, EAM) and Segregation of Duties.

Good knowledge of S/4 HANA, FIORI, HANA, and BTP security concepts. 2+ years of hands‑on experience creating HANA DB security roles, user setup for developers, modelers, administrators, and end users.

Ready to work rotational shifts on weekdays and available for on‑call support during weekends and holidays.

Nice to Have

• SOX/GRC Control experience and GRC configuration, MSMP and BRF+.
• Experience developing, implementing SAP Security (Fiori, ECC and S/4HANA), and designing a SoD ruleset in SAP GRC Access Control.
