Job summary

Heptarc is seeking a Senior SAP Business System Analyst to lead SAP Sales process configuration using SAP CRM Sales, SD and VC modules in a manufacturing setting. You will drive business process definitions, translate requirements into functional specs, and coordinate cross-functional teams for complex projects.

The role requires extensive SAP consulting experience (CRM, SD, VC) with integration across supply chain, and exposure to S/4HANA Lead to Cash.

Qualifications

• Must have 10+ years SAP consulting experience focused on SAP CRM, SD, and VC in manufacturing.
• Strong integration experience with SAP Variant Configuration (VC) and BOM across supply chain.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing projects.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Lead to Cash is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead business process definition, implementation, and configuration within SAP Sales processes using SAP CRM Sales, SD & VC modules.

SAP Business System Analyst Job Responsibilities The SAP BSA will be responsible to lead the business processes definition, implementation, and configuration activities within SAP Sales process using SAP CRM Sales, SAP SD & SAP VC modules. The BSA will analyze complex business problems (new requirements and incidents) and help define the solution within SAP.

Interfaces with Business and IT cross functional teams to identify and resolve business systems problems and consults with various users to identify potential improvements.

Identify gaps and provide expertise in business requirements for system functional specifications to scale new and current systems and processes.

Accurately translates and documents business requirements into functional specifications to solve business problem.

Configure system settings and options; plan, execute and document unit and cycle testing. Support business end users during integration and user acceptance testing to meet business requirements.

Lead cross functional teams to address business or systems issues and technical projects (upgrades, enhancements, acquisitions).

Leads the project management process to keep the projects on track. Specific emphasis in the areas of Opportunity / Quotation / Sales Order management in a manufacturing environment leveraging Configurable Products.

Works on SAP CRM Sales & SAP Sales and Distribution (SD); Order types, Item categories, schedule line categories, condition technique to determine pricing, tax, accounts, output, partners, etc.

Enhances custom applications built on SAP WebDynpro, SAP Portal, SAP WebUI(CRM) & SAP Fiori. Drives discussions with technical teams such as ABAP, Basis, Portal and Security.

Collaborate with supply chain team to solve business problems related to planning, manufacturing, and logistics. In depth integration of sales & finance to work on invoicing, trade (GTS), costing, etc.

Applies new dimension tools and concepts such as robotic process automation, process mining, data mining, etc and add value to the business process & solutions.

Performs hands on solution design, prototyping, proof of concepts, process design and development tasks as required in support of current and new projects.

Assess the risks of various solutions looking across multiple applications.

Clearly articulate the impact of business problems and benefits using business language. Minimum Qualification Bachelor,Degree or equivalent work experience in a related field required.

10+ years SAP consulting experience required focus emphasis on SAP CRM, SD & VC used in a manufacturing environment.

Strong and deep integration experience of SAP Variant configuration (VC) and Bill of Materials (BOM) with sales, planning, manufacturing, logistics & finance.

Exposure to productivity tools and concepts like robotic process automation and process mining. Detail oriented team player with strong organizational skills, problem solving and leadership skills. Experience in managing and leading projects & enhancements.

Self directed with experience in managing priorities and timelines. Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, at all levels including customers, vendors, peers, business stakeholders and management required. Knowledge on capabilities in SAP S/4 HANA Lead to Cash Process is desired. Experience in global SAP implementations or rollouts, with complex multi system interfaces. Knowledge of cloud based and on premises integration technologies (e.g., SAP Cloud Platform Integration, Migration Cockpit).
