Umanist NA in Pune invites an experienced SAP SD/O2C Lead Consultant to drive end-to-end SAP SD configurations, BRFplus, and RAR integration in an ECC/S4HANA landscape. You will lead functional activities, map business processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust O2C solutions.

The role requires 6+ years in SAP SD/O2C with ABAP debugging, and hands-on exposure to S/4HANA and ECC, with a lifecycle implementation or rollout project.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as an SAP SD/O2C Consultant, including experience as an SD Lead Consultant.
• Hands-on SAP SD across both SAP S/4HANA and ECC environments.
• Mandatory: ABAP Debugging skills.
• Experience in at least one full lifecycle SAP implementation or rollout project.
• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and related finance, accounting, and controlling functions.
• Experience with BRFplus, pricing, returns, rebilling, and RAR integration.

Responsabilités

• Lead SAP SD/O2C functional activities and drive the development of team competencies.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP SD solutions.
• Design, configure, customize, and implement SAP SD functionalities including document types, number ranges, pricing procedures, pricing conditions, return orders, and rebilling.
• Work on BRFplus and RAR integration.
• Drive end-to-end SAP SD implementation and rollout projects from blueprinting to deployment.
• Prepare functional specs, blueprints, testing scenarios and project documentation.
• Perform ABAP debugging to analyze issues and support defect resolution.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, daily stand-ups, unit testing, SIT, and UAT.
• Coordinate defect fixing, key-user training, and project deliverables in line with sprint plans.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP SD/O2C Lead Consultant with strong expertise in SAP SD configuration, end-to-end implementation, business process mapping, and ABAP debugging. The candidate will lead SD functional activities, drive business requirements, and support the development and implementation of business rules and RAR integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP SD/O2C functional activities and drive the development of team competencies.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP SD solutions.
• Design, configure, customize, and implement SAP SD functionalities, including document types, number ranges, pricing procedures, pricing conditions, return orders, and rebilling.
• Work on Business Rules Framework Plus (BRFplus) and Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR) integration.
• Drive end-to-end SAP SD implementation and rollout projects, from business assessment and blueprinting to deployment.
• Implement business change requests and enhancements in existing SAP solutions.
• Prepare functional specifications, business blueprints, testing scenarios, and other project documentation.
• Perform ABAP debugging to analyze issues and support defect resolution.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, daily stand-ups, unit testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Coordinate defect fixing, key-user training, and project deliverables in line with sprint plans.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as an SAP SD/O2C Consultant, including experience as an SD Lead Consultant.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP SD across both SAP S/4HANA and ECC environments.
• Mandatory: ABAP Debugging skills.
• Experience in at least one full lifecycle SAP implementation or rollout project.
• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and related commercial, finance, accounting, and controlling functions.
• Expertise in requirement analysis, solution design, business blueprinting, configuration, and functional documentation.
• Experience with BRFplus, pricing, returns, rebilling, and RAR integration.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies, testing cycles, defect resolution, and key-user training.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong ownership, self-discipline, commitment, and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Preferred: Automotive domain experience.
