Quadric Information Technology Private Limited is hiring two SAP SD consultants specializing in sales order management to cover end-to-end order processing from quotation to delivery. The role requires hands-on configuration of sales documents, item categories and certain controls, working with UK stakeholders.

You will collaborate with logistics, credit and billing teams to ensure clean hand-offs and smooth order flow, including returns, invoicing and EDI interfaces where applicable.

Qualifications

We are growing our Hyderabad SAP team and are looking for experienced specialists who want to own their area of expertise and work directly with UK-based business and IT stakeholders.

Role Summary

Quadric IT is hiring two SAP SD consultants who specialise in sales order management, covering the journey from quotation and order entry through to the hand-off to delivery processing.

The sales document decides whether a customer's order can be confirmed, fulfilled and invoiced correctly. In this role you will design and support the document types, item categories, schedule lines, checks and blocks that govern that journey, and you will work closely with logistics, credit and billing colleagues so that orders flow cleanly downstream. Picking, packing, shipping and logistics service provider processes sit with our Logistics Execution team.

Key Responsibilities

Order process design and configuration

• Design and configure sales document types, item categories, schedule line categories and their determination.
• Configure pre-sales and order flows such as inquiries, quotations, standard orders, contracts and scheduling agreements, based on business requirements.
• Set up returns, free-of-charge deliveries, and credit and debit memo requests with the right references and approvals.
• Maintain incompletion procedures, delivery and billing blocks, partner determination and copy control between sales documents.

Order fulfilment controls

• Configure and support availability check and order confirmation behaviour together with supply chain teams.
• Support order-level credit checks and blocked-order handling with finance and credit management teams.
• Ensure a clean hand-off from sales orders to delivery creation, working with Logistics Execution consultants.

Support, enhancement and enablement

• Resolve order processing incidents and change requests, explaining to users why an order is incomplete, blocked or unconfirmed.
• Prepare functional specifications for enhancements, interfaces and order inbound channels (for example EDI/IDoc).
• Support testing cycles and cutover activities, and train key users on order processes.

Required Skills And Experience

• 8+ years of relevant SAP experience, mainly in SAP SD, with hands-on configuration of sales document processing.
• Strong knowledge of sales document, item category and schedule line configuration, and copy control between sales documents.
• Practical experience with availability check, incompletion, partner determination and blocking logic.
• Working knowledge of pricing and billing, sufficient to understand the downstream impact of order changes.
• Experience integrating order management with credit checks and with delivery processing.
• At least one full-cycle implementation, rollout or major support engagement on SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
• Ability to run requirement workshops and explain order-flow behaviour to business users in UK-based teams.

Preferred Skills (nice To Have)

• SAP S/4HANA Sales experience, including SAP Credit Management for reviewing and releasing blocked orders.
• EDI/IDoc order inbound processing.
• Exposure to advanced availability check or order fulfilment tooling in SAP S/4HANA.
• Third-party and individual purchase order processes.

WAYS OF WORKING

• Work from our Hyderabad location on UK shift hours, collaborating daily with UK-based business users, process owners and IT teams.
• Work alongside other SAP functional and technical consultants (FI, MM, LE, ABAP and integration) to deliver end-to-end solutions rather than isolated configuration.
• Follow structured delivery practices: documented requirements, controlled configuration changes, test evidence and clear hand-over notes.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

You are an order-to-cash specialist who knows the sales document inside out. You can explain why any order is incomplete, blocked or unconfirmed, and you redesign the flow so the next thousand orders go through cleanly.
