Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP SD Consultant with strong expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and hands-on experience using Generative AI tools to improve development productivity, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting. The candidate will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and optimizing SAP SD solutions while leveraging AI copilots and pre-built AI capabilities to enhance business process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and optimize SAP SD processes, including sales order management, pricing, delivery, shipping, billing, credit management, returns, and refunds.
• Manage end-to-end SAP SD implementation, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Leverage Generative AI tools and copilots for functional specifications, test case generation, documentation, impact analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Integrate SAP SD with MM, FI, PP, WM/EWM, and external systems using standard interfaces, APIs, IDocs, and middleware.
• Analyze and resolve pricing, billing, order processing, delivery, and integration issues.
• Utilize pre-built AI capabilities for exception detection, order classification, issue summarization, and process optimization.
• Ensure compliance with SDLC standards, pricing governance, audit requirements, and responsible AI practices.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, logistics, supply chain, master data, and technical teams to improve end-to-end O2C processes.
• Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, knowledge transfer, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
• Excellent understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
• Expertise in sales order processing, pricing procedures, condition techniques, ATP, delivery, shipping, billing, and credit management.
• Experience with SAP SD integration with FI, MM, PP, and WM/EWM.
• Knowledge of customer and material master data, pricing conditions, outputs, IDocs, and interface troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience using Generative AI tools, AI copilots, or AI-assisted productivity solutions.
• Ability to use AI tools for documentation, functional analysis, test planning, and issue resolution.
• Understanding of responsible AI usage, data privacy, and validation of AI-generated outputs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have

• SAP S/4HANA Sales certification or relevant implementation experience.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori sales, billing, and pricing applications.
• Exposure to EDI/IDoc integrations, SAP CPI, Boomi, or CRM platforms.
• Familiarity with automated testing tools and AI-assisted testing solutions.
