Job summary

Vrinda International in Bengaluru seeks an experienced SAP SD professional to design, configure and optimize sales and distribution processes, leveraging AI-assisted tooling for analysis, testing, documentation and troubleshooting.

The role requires deep expertise in SD integration with FI/MM, pricing, order-to-cash cycles, and data master concepts, plus strong communication to collaborate across Sales, Finance and Supply Chain teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in SAP SD with integrated SD/FI and SD/MM.
• Experience in pricing, ATP, shipping, billing and credit checks.
• Understanding of customer/material/pricing master data and IDocs.
• Hands-on experience with AI copilots or AI-assisted testing/documentation tools.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure and optimize Order Management, Pricing, Delivery, Billing, Credit Management and Returns.
• Handle end-to-end O2C implementation: requirements, solution design, configuration, SIT/UAT, deployment and support.
• Integrate SAP SD with MM, FI, PP, WM/EWM and external systems.
• Use AI copilots for functional specs, test cases, documentation, impact analysis and troubleshooting.
• Support pricing, billing and order-related issue resolution.
• Ensure SDLC, governance, audit and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain and technical teams.

Role Overview
