Infosys Limited is seeking a SAP PS Consultant with 9-15 years of experience to lead engagement efforts across problem definition, diagnosis, solution design, development and deployment. You will guide consultants, assess risks, and ensure high-quality outcomes for clients in SAP PS domains.

The role involves change management, team coaching, and collaboration across multiple SAP modules to deliver integrated solutions in a dynamic consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Must have bachelor’s or equivalent degree with minimum 9 years of experience and at least two end-to-end SAP PS implementations.
• Experience in enterprise processes: ETO, MTS, MTO, Capital project, and Investment management using SAP PS.
• Strong experience in PS IMG customization: Project Profile, Network, Cost planning, Budgeting, Scheduling, Settlement, RA.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement to deliver high-quality consulting solutions from problem definition to deployment.
• Review proposals prepared by consultants, provide guidance, analyze solutions for risks and issues.
• Identify change management requirements and propose structured client approaches using multiple communication mechanisms.
• Coach and mentor the team, provide subject matter training and recognition for performance.
• Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives delivering value-adding consulting solutions.

Responsibilities

A day in the life of an Infoscion

• As part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role would be to lead the engagement effort of providing high-quality and value-adding consulting solutions to customers at different stages- from problem definition to diagnosis to solution design, development and deployment.
• You will review the proposals prepared by consultants, provide guidance, and analyze the solutions defined for the client business problems to identify any potential risks and issues.
• You will identify change Management requirements and propose a structured approach to client for managing the change using multiple communication mechanisms.
• You will also coach and create a vision for the team, provide subject matter training for your focus areas, motivate and inspire team members through effective and timely feedback and recognition for high performance.
• You would be a key contributor in unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high-quality, value-adding consulting solutions to customers adhering to the guidelines and processes of the organization.

Technical and Professional Requirements:

• Must have bachelor`s or equivalent degree with minimum of 9 years of experience and have at least worked on two end to end SAP PS implementations.
• Must have experience in various enterprise processes like Engineer to order (ETO), Make to stock (MTS), Make to order (MTO), Capital project, and Investment management using SAP PS.
• Strong experience in PS IMG customization in areas like Project Profile, Network and Activity related profiles, Cost planning, Budgeting, Scheduling and Settlement and Result Analysis (RA).
• Experience in Project related procurement process, Resource related Billing, SAP PS’ integration to other modules in SAP like PP, PM, MM, FICO, HCM, and SD.
• Good to have knowledge on PS-MRS integration, PS-CATS integration, PS-SRM integration, PS-PPM integration, PS-Project, PS-PM integration, SAP and BI and BPC integration.
• Experience in function document preparation, functional specification for ABAP objects, guiding technical team for development objects.
