Job summary

Orcapod Consulting Services seeks an experienced SAP SD Senior Consultant to lead OTC and CCM projects. You will drive end-to-end SAP SD implementations, global rollouts, enhancements, and production support with deep rebate, settlements, and trade promotions knowledge.

You will collaborate with EMEA stakeholders and cross-functional teams (FI/CO, MM, GTS, Vistex, EDI) to deliver scalable SAP solutions while mentoring junior consultants and ensuring smooth hypercare support.

Qualifications

• SAP SD hands-on functional experience required.
• Experience with Order-to-Cash processes and CCM mandatory.
• Experience on 2–3 full SAP implementation projects and EMEA stakeholder exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP SD implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support.
• Handle complete OTC processes: Sales Order, Pricing, Delivery, Billing, Returns, Credit, Customer Master.
• Strong CCM experience and support for rebates, accruals, settlements, and agreement management.
• Work on trade promotions and related business processes; support Dispute Management and AR processes.
• Engage with FI/CO, MM, GTS, Vistex, and EDI teams; participate in requirements, design, config, testing, UAT, cutover, and hypercare.
• Mentor junior consultants and provide functional leadership.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP SD Senior Consultant with strong expertise in Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Condition Contract Management (CCM). The candidate should have experience in SAP SD implementations, global rollouts, enhancements, and production support, with strong knowledge of SAP Rebates, settlements, trade promotions, and Dispute Management.

The consultant will work with EMEA business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP SD implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
• Handle complete OTC processes including:
  • Sales Order Management
  • Pricing
  • Delivery & Shipping
  • Billing
  • Returns
  • Credit Management
  • Customer Master
• Strong hands-on experience in Condition Contract Management (CCM).
• Configure and support SAP Rebates, accruals, settlements, and agreement management.
• Work on trade promotions and related business processes.
• Support SAP Dispute Management and Accounts Receivable processes.
• Work on Pricing, Contracts, Billing, Returns, Credit Management, and Intercompany processes.
• Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, UAT, cutover, and hypercare.
• Collaborate with FI/CO, MM, GTS, Vistex, and EDI teams.
• Resolve complex production and business-critical issues.
• Work closely with EMEA stakeholders.
• Mentor junior consultants and provide functional leadership.
