Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP SD Consultant with 6-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD configuration and project delivery. The candidate should have strong SAP S/4HANA implementation and rollout experience, combined with a solid understanding of end-to-end O2C business processes.

Strong business process knowledge is a must, along with experience in client-facing roles, including business workshops, requirement gathering, solution discussions, user training, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

• 6-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD core configuration and project delivery, with at least 1-2 full implementation projects and experience in SAP S/4HANA Rollout projects.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes, including Sales Order Management, Pricing, Promotion management. Delivery, Shipping, Billing, Returns, Rebilling, and related processes.
• Demonstrate strong business process knowledge and the ability to translate business requirements into effective SAP SD solutions.
• Analyze business requirements and design/configure SAP SD solutions covering:
  • Sales document types and number ranges
  • Pricing procedures and pricing conditions
  • Order management
  • Returns and credit/debit processes
  • Rebills and billing processes
  • Delivery and shipping processes
  • ATP/ Advance ATP
• Actively participate in SAP S/4HANA Rollout projects, including fit-gap analysis, business workshops, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare support.
• Conduct business workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and training sessions for business users on SAP O2C functionalities and template processes.
• Work in a client-facing role, engaging directly with business stakeholders to understand requirements, explain SAP template processes, manage expectations, and drive solution adoption.
• Identify the scope for regional rollouts and explain to business users how the global/template process can be adopted while addressing legitimate local requirements.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and identify opportunities for business process improvement and standardization.
• Develop strong competency in the SAP process template and provide expert guidance on its adoption across rollout locations.
• Integrate SAP O2C processes with other SAP modules, including MM, FI, and WM/EWM, ensuring end-to-end process and data consistency.
• Coordinate with functional, technical, design, and build teams to deliver business requirements and resolve functional/technical dependencies.
• Support business users during Integration Testing, UAT, and other test cycles, including test-case execution, defect creation, analysis, and follow-up through resolution.
• Support cutover planning and execution, understand assigned cutover activities, execute tasks according to the agreed schedule, and provide inputs to improve cutover readiness.
• Work closely with technical teams to analyze and resolve SAP SD issues related to interfaces, enhancements, and custom developments.
• Work with technical teams on the implementation of BAdIs, Function Modules, User Exits, Routines, and other technical enhancements.
• Support production issues during hypercare and ongoing operations, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with business stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
