Job summary

CloudLabs Inc is seeking a hands-on SAP S/4HANA SD/OTC Senior Functional Analyst to support ongoing production/run operations. You will own incidents, system issues, and change requests, driving analysis, testing and closure with business stakeholders and technical teams.

The ideal candidate is dependable, hands-on, and capable of deploying fixes in a timely manner while coordinating with cross-functional SAP teams. Remote work is available, with location in India.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years hands-on SAP SD/OTC experience.
• Strong hands-on with SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience in production/run support and incident management.
• Good understanding of end-to-end OTC processes and SD integration with FI/MM/EWM.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day SAP S/4HANA SD/OTC production and run support.
• Take end-to-end ownership of incidents, system issues and change requests through closure.
• Analyze and troubleshoot SAP SD functional issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand issues, prioritize fixes, and validate solutions.
• Coordinate with ABAP, integration and other SAP teams to implement fixes.
• Perform SAP SD configuration changes and prepare functional specifications as required.
• Support unit testing, regression testing, and production deployment.
• Manage and reduce backlog while meeting service expectations.
• Support end-to-end OTC processes including sales orders, deliveries, billing and pricing.

The ideal candidate should be dependable, hands-on, and comfortable working directly with business stakeholders and technical teams to deploy system fixes in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day SAP S/4HANA SD/OTC production and run support.
• Take end-to-end ownership of assigned incidents, system issues, and change requests through closure.
• Analyze and troubleshoot SAP SD functional issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand issues, prioritize fixes, and validate solutions.
• Coordinate with ABAP, integration, and other SAP functional teams to implement system fixes.
• Perform SAP SD configuration changes and prepare functional specifications as required.
• Support unit testing, regression testing, business validation, and production deployment.
• Manage and reduce the existing incident/change backlog while meeting agreed service expectations.
• Support end-to-end OTC processes, including sales orders, deliveries, shipping, billing, pricing, returns, and related integrations.

Required Skills

• 5–8 years of hands-on SAP SD/OTC functional experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience in SAP production/run support and incident management.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
• Good understanding of end-to-end OTC processes and SD integration with FI, MM, EWM/WM, and other relevant modules.
• Ability to independently own issues and drive them to resolution with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
