Job summary

CloudLabs Inc in India is seeking a hands-on SAP S/4HANA SD/OTC Lead Functional Analyst to support S/4HANA production/run operations. This is a hands-on functional lead role and not a people-management role.

The resource will take ownership of complex incidents, changes and backlog items, and work with business and IT stakeholders to drive timely resolution and deployment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years SAP SD/OTC functional experience.
• S/4HANA functional and production/run support experience.
• Ability to independently own and resolve complex SAP SD/OTC incidents.
• Strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis and solution design skills.
• Integration knowledge across SD-FI, SD-MM, SD-EWM/WM and related processes.
• Experience working with business stakeholders, technical teams and cross-functional groups.
• Ability to drive decisions, fixes, testing and deployment to closure.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level functional leadership and hands-on SAP SD/OTC run operations.
• Take end-to-end ownership of incidents, changes and fixes.
• Drive root-cause analysis and resolution of production issues.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to deploy system fixes timely.
• Coordinate with ABAP, integration, architects and SAP teams to closure.
• Review SAP SD configurations and provide specs for developments.
• Lead validation, regression testing and deployment of fixes.
• Address backlog and prevent recurring issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level functional leadership and hands-on support for SAP S/4HANA SD/OTC run operations.
• Take end-to-end ownership of critical and complex incidents, system issues, change requests, and fixes.
• Drive root-cause analysis and resolution of recurring or high-impact production issues.
• Work directly with business and IT stakeholders to understand priorities and deploy system fixes in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with ABAP, integration, Architects, and cross-functional SAP teams to drive issues through closure.
• Review and implement SAP SD configuration changes and provide functional specifications for technical developments.
• Lead functional validation, regression testing, business testing, and deployment of fixes.
• Drive closure of the existing incident/change backlog and proactively identify recurring issues.
• Provide strong end-to-end OTC expertise across sales orders, pricing, delivery, shipping, billing, returns, credit management, and related integrations.
• Provide guidance on complex functional issues and ensure solutions are scalable and aligned with the existing S/4HANA landscape.
