• Experience collaborating with MM, SD, QM, PM, WM/EWM, and FICO.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to production planning and manufacturing.
• Configure and support SAP PP modules including Material Master, BOM, Work Centers, Routings, Production Versions, Production Orders, MRP, and Capacity Planning.
• Perform system configuration, testing, and deployment activities; provide production support and troubleshoot SAP PP issues.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and participate in end-to-end implementation, rollout, and migration projects.
• Prepare functional specs for custom developments and assist with UAT, documentation, and end-user training.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP PP Consultant with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in implementing, supporting, and enhancing SAP Production Planning solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong functional expertise in SAP PP, experience with end-to-end manufacturing processes, and the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to production planning and manufacturing.


• Configure and support SAP PP modules, including:




• Material Master


• Bill of Materials (BOM)


• Work Centers


• Routings


• Production Versions


• Production Orders


• MRP Material Requirements Planning)


• Capacity Planning




• Perform system configuration, testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.


• Provide production support and troubleshoot SAP PP-related issues.


• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including MM, SD, QM, PM, WM/EWM, and FICO.


• Participate in end-to-end implementation, rollout, migration, and support projects.


• Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and coordinate with technical teams.


• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).


• Develop user documentation and deliver end-user training.


• Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and organizational standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.


• SAP PP certification is preferred.


• Experience in manufacturing industries such as Automotive, Industrial Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals, Consumer Goods, or Chemicals is desirable.

Preferred Experience

• At least one end-to-end SAP implementation project.


• Experience in AMS (Application Management Support), rollout, or enhancement projects.


• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA migration activities.


• Exposure to Agile or SAP Activate methodologies is an advantage.
