Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP PS, IM, AA.

• Hands-on experience with Application Interface Framework (AIF).
• Strong understanding of financial processes and SAP S/4HANA configuration.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with global and geographically distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and optimize R2R processes; recommend improvements for efficiency and controls.
• Design, configure, and deploy SAP S/4HANA solutions within Finance.
• Lead solution ownership from requirements gathering through deployment and hypercare.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and IT to define business requirements and deliver value-driven solutions.
• Support testing activities including CIT, E2E, and UAT.
• Define data requirements and support data migration, conversion, and interfaces.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and KPI-driven insights for decisions.
• Review designs and ensure integrations align with business needs.
• Conduct business workshops, Show & Tell sessions with stakeholders.
• Work within Agile and Waterfall delivery environments.
• Support governance and IT controls for finance-related systems.

We are currently seeking a SAP FICO Consultant (R2R) to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with strong expertise in Record-to-Report (R2R) processes to design, configure, and deliver SAP S/4HANA solutions. The role involves driving process improvements, supporting finance transformation initiatives, and collaborating with business stakeholders to implement scalable and efficient solutions across Projects, Investments, and Asset Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and optimize R2R processes, recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and control.
• Design, configure, and deploy SAP S/4HANA solutions within Finance.

  • Investment Management (IM)
  • Asset Accounting (AA)
• Experience with data migration, data conversion, and interface implementation.
• Hands-on experience with Application Interface Framework (AIF).
• Strong understanding of financial processes and SAP S/4HANA configuration.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with global and geographically distributed teams.

Preferred Skills

• SAP Controlling (CO).
• SAP Financial Accounting (FI) modules.
• SAP Central Finance (CFIN).
• Exposure to cloud platforms.
• Experience in Agile delivery practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field from a recognized institution.
