We are currently looking to hire highly skilled Senior SAP BRIM Consultant Specialist with a strong technical background in configuring SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) solutions and extensive experience in SAP Advanced Planning and Optimization (APO). Primary Skills/Requirements

• Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP BRIM solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements, offering strategic advice on best practices and SAP BRIM capabilities.
• Create and maintain architectural blueprints, solution design documents, and technical specifications for SAP BRIM implementations.
• Oversee and manage the integration of SAP BRIM with other SAP and non-SAP systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, CRM, ERP, Hybris).
• Implement key BRIM components such as Subscription Order Management (SOM), Convergent Charging (SAP CC), Convergent Invoicing (SAP CI), and FI-CA.
• Drive the end-to-end SAP BRIM lifecycle, including requirement gathering, solution design, implementation, and post-go-live support.
• Ensure that the SAP BRIM architecture aligns with overall enterprise architecture and security standards.
• Provide leadership to functional consultants, developers, and testing teams to ensure quality and timely delivery of SAP BRIM solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP BRIM features, releases, and industry trends, and incorporate them into the design and implementation strategies.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities to help teams understand and use SAP BRIM solutions effectively.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

• Over 10+ years of experience with SAP solutions, including at least 6+ years working with SAP BRIM (formerly SAP Hybris Billing).
• Hands-on experience with key BRIM modules: Subscription Order Management (SOM), Convergent Charging (SAP CC), Convergent Invoicing (SAP CI).
• Strong experience in designing and implementing complex billing and revenue management solutions.
• Proven ability to manage integration with third-party systems and legacy applications.
• SAP BRIM certification or relevant SAP certifications.
• Experience in industries such as supply chain, telecom, utilities, or media, where subscription billing is crucial.
• Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams.
• Analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to balance technical and business perspectives in designing solutions.
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments with dynamic project requirements.
• Proficiency in both technical and functional aspects of SAP BRIM.
